Conquistador Oil is building a broad preferred list of independent HVAC, heating, oil-burner, tank, generator, and related service contractors across Lancaster and Central Pennsylvania. The goal is to understand who covers which areas, what work each company wants, and how requests can be evaluated when a potential need arises.
Submitting information does not guarantee assignments, minimum volume, exclusivity, approval, or a contractor relationship. It gives our team the information needed to review capabilities and make informed follow-up decisions.
Who should consider applying
Independent companies that perform residential, commercial, or light-industrial heating and HVAC work may submit an application. We also want to hear from specialists whose services overlap with fuel-heated properties and commercial facilities.
Broad coverage matters. A contractor does not need to perform every trade to be useful; a clear description of the work you accept and decline is more valuable than an overly broad claim.

Define your real service territory
List the counties, cities, and towns you routinely cover, along with any travel limitations. Include whether you serve Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Reading, Ephrata, Lititz, Manheim, Columbia, Mount Joy, or surrounding communities.
Do not list an area simply because your company could travel there once. We want to understand normal coverage, extended coverage, and locations that require special scheduling or pricing review.
Tell us which jobs you want more of
Contractor matching improves when each company states its preferred work. Identify residential versus commercial, service versus installation, equipment specialties, ideal project size, and the situations you do not accept.
Also describe normal lead time, after-hours policies if any, preferred referral method, and who should receive new-opportunity notifications. Availability must be confirmed for each potential request.
Prepare credentials and documentation
Submit current, verifiable business information and documentation relevant to the work you perform. HVAC technicians who maintain, service, repair, or dispose of equipment that could release regulated refrigerants may be subject to EPA Section 608 certification requirements.
Pennsylvania and local requirements can vary by work type and jurisdiction. Contractors are responsible for understanding and maintaining all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, insurance, safety programs, and tax records applicable to their operations.

Set clear communication expectations
Contractor relationships depend on honest status updates. A quick decline is more useful than an unconfirmed promise. Explain how your team receives requests, how quickly someone can acknowledge them under normal conditions, and which details you need before quoting.
Pricing, scheduling, dispatch, customer commitments, and scope must be approved through the applicable process. Do not make commitments on behalf of Conquistador Oil unless expressly authorized in writing.
What happens after submission
The Conquistador team reviews the company, service area, capabilities, documentation, and job preferences. We may request clarification or additional records. Inclusion on a preferred list can be revised or removed based on documentation, fit, performance, communication, or business needs.
No public or customer-facing representation of partnership should be made unless Conquistador Oil has provided written authorization.
